A Day In Bangkok

View from the aft of the ship

On my day off this week I went with some friends into Bangkok's city centre.

Epic Guitar

Maccas

Cheap food- was yummy

We left the ship as a fairly large group so the first thing we did was to split between two taxis. Of course, we then got separated and couldn't find each other.

BNE- Reminded me of home
Graffiti seems to be a global thing. Surprisingly, there was more graffiti here than in Germany.

Synthetic Goose Down? Seems legit.

At the market

Really cheap ice cream
I am still enjoying my time here on board. The food still seems good to me. The ship lifestyle is really busy. Please pray that I would get enough rest and have energy. Being in AV means that I am at a lot of events but often don't get the message because I'm concentrating on the work. Please pray that I would get a good balance of work and time just attending events.

Rubbish just floating in the water. This is a good day too, there's less than normal.

These tiny tug boats go up and down the river every day. They pull sometimes as many as six large barges. I don't know how they do it but they do, albeit slowly.
